Looking for 1 -2 Cooks
Possibly 1 Full time and 1 Part Time
Requirements: (if you do not meet all of this, don’t even try)
Must have restaurant line experience minimum, (hotel restaurant, restaurant, corporate dining all a plus)
Reliable transportation as we work all hours of the day/night
Catering experience a plus, but high volume cooking exp. Necessary
Punctual/able to work alone/clean your own station/dishes etc
Follow recipes and procedures, understand food cost/production
Positive attitude/able to work with a team
Looking for cooks that can work a variable schedule (some days early morning catering, afternoon food truck events, evening weddings and private chef events). Pay is variable based on event, minimum 20 hours on some weeks, some weeks 50-60 hours.
We are a busy Catering/Food Truck/Private Chef and Event Space Company. Hours vary based on business, with minimum 20 hour weeks, with some weeks getting up to 70 (thats if you want the extra hours). Must be well organized, self motivated, clean, efficient and task completer for this position.
