The Role: 20 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 9 am–1 pm). Daily yard maintenance, tree trimming, and power tool operation. Must be safety-conscious and able to follow directions.
Housing & Terms: Private RV cabin for a single person. Shared kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Wi-Fi and utilities included. $250/week rent required, plus a $500 deposit, upon approval. $750 collected upon approval. Rent can be worked off via the 20-hour work schedule. Small weekly stipend possible after a trial period.
House Rules: Strict NO smoking, NO drugs, and NO heavy drinking policy. Background check, credit check, and references required.
