A 162-unit oceanfront condominium in Waianae, is looking for a reliable, friendly part-time security officer to join our on-site team.
Customer (resident and guest) service and professionalism are critical.
**Schedule:** approx Three 8-hour shifts per week, with additional shifts often available. Shifts are typically 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (swing) or 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (graveyard).
**What you'll do:**
Patrol the property and parking areas, monitor access and security cameras, respond to resident concerns, enforce house rules courteously, and document incidents in clear written reports. Create key fobs, register visiting guests, manage complaints, concerns, and process parking registrations.
**What we're looking for:**
A current Hawaii guard card, or the ability to obtain one before starting. Dependability and punctuality are a must, along with good judgment, a calm and professional demeanor, and solid communication skills. Comfort working nights and weekends is a plus, as is prior security or customer service experience.
