We're a beachfront condo community in Waianae looking for an experienced installer for a short-term project.
The job: mounting and installing about 35+ Ubiquiti UniFi access points across our 9 floors, running and terminating & testing Ethernet cable through the hallways, and connecting them to the UniFi switches already located in the center of each floor. Some floors already have cable run; most still need it. The switches are already fiber-linked back to our server, so your focus is the AP cabling and mounting. Also wiring (making cable ends) for 20 security cameras already mostly mounted (mounting 12 additional ones) We'll do the adopting and programing ourselves.
Cleanup of existing cabling and neatening up the project.
**You should have:**
- Hands-on experience running and terminating Cat6 Ethernet
- Comfort mounting access points cleanly in hallway and ceiling spaces
- Your own basic tools (crimpers, testers, ladder) We have some on site.
- Reliability and a tidy, professional install
-Ubiquiti Access points (already have on hand)
**Pay:** $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. This is an hourly gig; we'll agree on an estimated schedule up front.
