Got it from my fathers estate. Don't know what year it is. I took it too a local shop and he got it running after replacing a broken ring and some carburetor work. He ordered 2 tires and tubes which I have but before he installed he had a heart attack and closed his shop. I have not tried to start it myself. I am 80 years old and have trouble even walking so no scooters for me. Lol
