Here is a summary of the subcontract agreement for the project at in
Scope of work
Install 140 standard 4×8 FRP panels and 140 linear feet of handrail. Work includes site protection, layout, minor wall preparation, panel cutting, adhesive application, rolling, trim installation, joint sealing, handrail installation, cleanup, and a final walkthrough.
Price and payments
The total subcontract price is $8,000:
• $1,200 to begin.
• $5 ,800 upon completion, following cleanup, the final walkthrough, and delivery of the final invoice.
• No interim or biweekly payments.
Materials and supplies
The subcontractor is responsible for supplying and paying for all required materials, consumables, and PPE. This includes panels, handrail, adhesive, trim, sealant, blades, plastic, hardware, anchors, and screws. DiamondPoint will not supply or reimburse these items unless separately agreed in writing.
All required materials must be onsite and ready before work begins.
Access and safety
The worksite access window is 7:00 AM–7:00 PM on scheduled workdays. Every crew member must wear a high-visibility vest and required baseline PPE throughout the entire onsite shift, with additional protection used as required for each task.
DiamondPoint may stop affected work or remove personnel from the site until a safety violation is corrected.
Schedule and exclusions
Estimated completion is 10–20 business days, assuming materials, access, and suitable wall backing are available. Extensive preparation or approved changes may extend the schedule.
New backing, major adhesive removal, demolition, and additional handrail blocking are excluded unless approved in writing. Any added work must have written approval covering its scope, price, and schedule impact.
