We have had this for about 10 years. It doesn't seem to be receiving jobs. When before this started happening it ghosted a little and dimpled the paper. It probably isn't much of repair for those experienced in such things. A new unwrapped black toner cartridge is included but they must go together. I can meet in Viola, Readstown, or Viroqua depending on time of the week. No returns
