San Juan 7.7, 25.8ft, 9.5ft wide, 4ft draft, built 1979. 2014 Yamaha 9.9 electric start and tilt. Furling with 3 foresails, main with 2 reef points and full battons. All lines lead to cockpit so easy to single hand. 2 anchors in well with 200ft of chain and rode. 2 radios, gps/sounder. Built in gas tank plus spare carry on tanks. Large safe cockpit. Porta pottie but room for tank and head. Alcohol stove but use propane and butane for simplicity. All dishes, pots and pans etc. MANY extras!! Kayak and hypalon dinghy available. Great slip and North Saanich Marina assumable. Just back from cruising to Northern Gulf Islands and Desolation Sound.
