FOUND DOG -- Does anyone know somebody with a CHIP SCANNER who can come out to the scan this dog? (Good samaritan cannot transport to a vet or shelter for scanning.) If you recognize this kiddo, please let me know!! We are looking for his people, but it's most likely he was abandoned, and we will have to rehome him.
