1973 F250 2WD Camper Special Ranger XLT. FE390 2BBL and C6 transmission. Reg Cab Long Bed. 40k Original Miles. Truck was an original survivor truck restored only to the point of starting, running, and driving, perfectly. Stored indoors its entire life and never driven on the corrosive winter roads. Truck originally came from Southern California and is now being chassis swapped. Bed, wheels and tires, and the rear bumper will be removed prior to sale. Truck will be sold with the aftermarket Ford 16” wheels/tires and the original hub caps (in excellent condition)that it came with. The receipt for the tires and wheels show the truck was driven about 6k miles over 20 plus years. A short video of the engine running was recorded just before the cab was removed. No interest in parting out separate pieces at this point.
Both fuels tanks are clean, functional, and have new sending units and in-tank screens. New dual tailpipes and muffler. Highly sought after and very rare telescoping, slide-out spare tire carrier. New water pump. New fuel pump. Carb overhaul. New park brake cables, rear brakes and axle seals. Two-piece driveline rebuilt.
Also have the radiator and other miscellaneous HVAC pieces that will not be used in the chassis swap.
