Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled remodeling technician with experience in multiple trades. Candidates are not required to have expertise in every area listed below. During the interview process, we will discuss your specific strengths and skill set.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Top pay is reserved for highly skilled professionals who consistently produce quality work.
Our company primarily focuses on:
* Full kitchen remodels
* Bathroom renovations
* Complete home and condo remodels
Leadman Opportunities
Qualified leadmen may be provided with:
* A company vehicle
* Fuel expenses paid by the company
## Requirements
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Personal tools required (specialty tools provided by the company)
* Ability to pass a drug test
* Background check required
* Applicants with a criminal history are not automatically disqualified; however, all charges must be disclosed during the hiring process.
We also offer a tool assistance program. After your first week of employment, the company may purchase certain tools for you, with payroll deductions arranged over time.
Compensation
* $25–$35 per hour starting pay for highly skilled candidates
* Overtime opportunities available
Benefits
After eligibility requirements are met, benefits include:
* Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
* Paid holidays after 90 days
* One week paid vacation after six months of employment
Schedule
* Monday through Friday
* Typical hours: 7:00 or 8:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM
* No weekend work
