We are NOT looking for general laborers calling themselves carpenters. You need to be able to show up on a job, understand what needs to be done, and produce professional-quality work without someone holding your hand all day.
You should have real experience with:
* Interior trim and finish carpentry
* Baseboard, casing, and crown
* Hanging and adjusting doors
* Framing and general carpentry
* Reading a tape accurately
* Making clean, accurate cuts
* Using saws and standard carpentry tools safely
* Working efficiently while maintaining quality
* Soffit and fascia repair/replacement
* Exterior wood repair and rot repair
What we expect:
Reliable transportation, dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
We work on high-end residential homes, so quality matters. If you’re experienced, dependable, and take pride in your work, there is steady work available for the right person.
Pay is based on actual experience and ability.
