Ambex YM-5 Coffee Roaster - $12,000 (Vero Beach)

This unit was purchased new in August 2020. Has seen less than 200 hours of roast time since purchase. The BT thermocouple was replaced early on to a more accurate one and the location adjusted to get a more accurate temp response.
It’s equipped to connect to Cropster but will also connect to any other roasting software. Independent cooling, variable air flow adjustment, and variable drum speed. It’s currently set to run off propane but can be easily made to run off natural gas.
The roaster was an originally located in Tampa, Fl but moved to Vero Beach. Has since been in storage. There is a small dent/hole at the top edge of the chaff collector that occurred during transit, otherwise the machine is in excellent condition.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to utilize this roaster due to some life changes and holding on to it unused didn’t seem right. Mostly firm on 12k, but will entertain reasonable offers from serious buyers. If you have any questions, feel free to text, email or call!
