Here’s the thing about basements: most of the time, the water problem isn’t actually where you think it is. I’ve walked into homes where another company claimed they “fixed” the problem, and the leaks came right back six months later, because they were in the business of selling band-aids, not permanent solutions. I don’t work that way. I dig my nails into the problem until I find the real source, then I fix that. Permanently. Not a band-aid that fails again in two years.

• 30+ years in construction, 20 of those specializing in waterproofing, foundation work & Property Damage Restoration.
• IICRC certified (Water Damage Restoration) and NORMI certified (Mold Remediation)
• 16 years doing insurance claims work, so if you’re dealing with a carrier, I know exactly what documentation they need to get your claim approved without delays.
