My fee schedule for uncontested family matters is as follows:
(a) desk order divorce:
- without children - $890
- with children - $1,190
(b) separation agreements - from $890
(c) marriage and cohabitation agreements from $1,600
(d) sale / transfer of family assets, including real estate -- call for quote
My fees are subject to GST/PST.
Court fees are not included and charged separately.
