The condo is part of a triplex and was recently updated a couple of years ago with new floors, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances, and a full-sized washer/dryer in-suite. The master bedroom can easily fit a king-sized bed and the unit can accommodate full-sized furniture. The flex space has a window and a door and we have used this as an office, sewing room, or storage in the past. The unit has one dedicated parking spot and there is plenty of street parking as well.
We are a 5 minute walk from the shops and transportation in Kerrisdale and close to all the amenities that Kerrisdale has to offer (ie. the library, community center, grocery stores, great restaurants and the Arbutus Greenway.) For schools, we are zoned into top-rated Maple Grove Elementary and Magee Secondary but are close to Kerrisdale as well as Point Grey. We are a quick 5-15 minute drive to most all of the private schools on the west side. We are a straight shot to UBC by bus or car.
We are proactive landlords and we also come with references if you need to vet us :) We are looking for respectful tenants who will treat our unit as if it were their own. Availability is Oct 1st or 15th and we are looking for a minimum 1 year lease. Small pets are welcome with a pet deposit.
