Counterfeits are sophisticated to mimic appearance and packaging of the real thing (with hologram sticker, serial number, "Made in Japan, Belgium, France, etc." print), but they are out of specs and not of the authentic's quality.
Attached pictures are samples from a site known for counterfeits (with Trust Score of 0%) that sells beyond racquet and string. Each brand on the site is listed differently from what it claims.
If you can't spot a counterfeit, it's best to buy from an authorized retailer.
