Room conditions: very spacious and bright private single room (It used to be a living room and now it is divided into a private room by two room dividers. This room can be locked) on the ground floor, with large windows, bed & bedding, table, chair, clothing rack, drawer chest, and simple kitchen utensils. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
The monthly rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, heating, internet.
Long-term or short-term rental is fine.
Location: Quiet hasting sunrise community, very close to bus stops, coffee shop, banks, post office, library, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, etc.
Transportation: Direct bus to SFU, about 25mins to Downtown (VGC, SGIC, ILAC International college, Canadian College, New York Institute of Technology, VCC), North Vancouver, etc.
