We opened another space beneath the bar called Scéal Eile, with an extra 70 seats, its own bar, stage, etc. It's like the Heather but its a little darker, louder and younger. Mostly an event space, great for parties, with the same food and drink, same pint, but it's a little different...its a different story!
This new space, combined with the busyness of our Sunday Roast program and the Christmas Party bookings, means that we need to expand our team.
We are looking for team players who can serve groups, both large and small, are very friendly and love to please our guests.
Previous Irish pub/restaurant experience is an asset...whisk(e)y knowledge is an advantage too....but you definitely need to have at least 1 year's experience of service in a high volume, casual setting.
Our open kitchen serves food that you can be proud of, we have arguably the best pint of Guinness in the city (short lines) and our whisk(e)y selection is one of the best in Western Canada.
