This is a first printing hardcover graphic novel. It includes two bookplates. The first bookplate is the one with the surfer, that is the North American version. It is signed by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips. The second one is a store exclusive from OK Comics in Leeds, England. It depicts Ethan Reckless holding an axe. It is signed by Sean Phillips and Jacob Phillips.
OK Comics is a specialist in store-exclusive bookplates, check them out. These bookplates have long since been sold out.
This is the first book in this series and was released on October 12, 2022. I ordered two of these books at the time they were released. One, to keep in my personal collection, and one to sell in order to defray part of the hefty cost of shipping from OK Comics in the UK.
The book is covered in its original shrink-wrap. OK Comics put a small slit in the top of the shrink-wrap in order to place the bookplates inside the wrap. I removed the bookplates for photography and then placed them back inside the shrink-wrap. The shrink-wrap has "PRINTED IN CANADA" on it. All first printing hard covers were printed in Canada. On the outside of the shrink-wrap on the back there is a price sticker that says 24.99 GBP.
