We have been doing house cleaning more than 15 years in Greater Vancouver area.
We do:
houses,apartments,offices,pharmacies,stores,offices,buildings,etc,We also do carpet cleaning and painting.
Most our cleaners are living in Vancouver,Burnaby,Surrey,Delta.
🍁 🍁 Hourly rates:
(different according to distances from our cleaners)
🍁For weekly/bi-weekly cleaning,$30 per hour.
🍁 General cleaning for Vancouver,Burnaby,New Westminster,Surrey,North Delta,White Rock,these areas not far from our cleaners,$30 per hour,usually minimum 3 hours.
🍁General cleaning for UBC,Richmond,Coquitlam,Port Moody,a little bit far away from our cleaners.$32 per hour.
🍁AirB&B cleaning $32 per hour,minimum 3 hours.
🍁For North/West Vancouver,Langley,Pitt Meadows,Maple Ridge etc,these areas very far away from our cleaners,it will spend long traveling time and gas,$33 per hour per person.
🍁 Moving cleaning $35 per hour.
🍁 Carpet wash:$50 per room.
🍁 For painting,we can talk according to actual condition,$38 per hour using your paints,or we talk a flat fee using our paints.
