It is a quiet space, with mountain, sky and tree view, a balcony outside your window. East facing with beautiful sunrises and incredible moon views. Your roommate is away until Feb 1st
It is an older building, so it is for someone needing not something new and shiny:)
The other spaces that are for you to access is just the kitchen area and bathroom. No living room.
The ideal person would be a meditator and vegetarian but I am open to just finding the right human for this.
It is for sure a no drugs, no alcohol excess situation. Someone health conscious living life well is what I am hoping to find.
There are many grocery stores near, good cafe’s, restaurants and we are ideally located for all that is best about Vancouver!
Rent: $1250 including Utilities and Wifi. Damage deposit: $625
Laundry is one minute over the road, easy to deal with. I live over the hall way and may schedule some times with you for me to drop in, and spend some day time hours in his space, while he is away. Not very often, but some access may be needed during this time.
