Part-Time Property Manager Assistant – Rental Viewings– $25/hr (Downtown)

Outgoing, reliable and curious about real estate? Join a licensed property manager and REALTOR® with 10 years of experience as a part-time rental viewing assistant. You'll meet prospective tenants at downtown Vancouver rentals, make a great first impression and see how the Property Management and Rental business works from the inside.

🗓️ SCHEDULE

Flexible and casual. Mostly weekday evenings, with some weekend daytime viewings. Hours follow the market, so it's ideal alongside school or another job. Starting mid-November. The goal would be 2-4hr shifts 2-3x per week. Must be able to drive.

💰 PAY

$25/hour + vacation pay, plus mileage and parking. Paid once a month.

📍 LOCATION

Mainly Downtown Vancouver, Vancouver West + East, Burnaby, some Tricities. Best if you're based in Vancouver, North Burnaby or North Vancouver.

✅ YOU'LL NEED

• Fluent English (2nd Language is bonus)
• A reliable car and a clean BC driving record
• Willing to provide a criminal record check
