About the Apartment and Roommate
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one sunroom. You'll share the apartment with one other person—a kind, quiet, and respectful male roommate whom I've lived with for over five years. He's a wonderful person, and the home has a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere.

Someone who is:
Clean, friendly, and respectful
Comfortable maintaining a tidy and quiet home environment
Considerate of shared spaces and the other person's privacy
Not planning to host parties or overnight guests
Someone with minimal personal belongings would be ideal, as the room is already fully furnished.
Rent and Fees
$2,400/month for one person
$2,800/month for two people ($1,400 per person)
Security deposit: One month's rent, plus a $100 key deposit
Building registration fee: A one-time fee of $200 per person, payable to the building upon move-in
Underground parking: Additional $100/month, if needed
The rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi and electricity.
