Looking for full-service housekeeper (downtown Vancouver)

I am looking for someone to come help me out once a week for at least the next month with "full service" housekeeping as I am dealing with some health issues, so in addition to typical cleaning I am also looking for help with:
- Taking garbage and recycling down to the garbage room and properly sorting (I have a backlog of this in my place at the moment)
- Doing some laundry
- Cleaning the fridge and disposing of expired food
- Organizing pantry cupboards and disposing of expired food
I have not been able to keep up myself so the first visit will take more time to clear the "backlog" - I'd estimate 4-5 hours for the first time, and then 2-3 hours following. I've suggested $40/hour pay rate but I am open to a higher amount commensurate with experience.
