Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Follow food safety and health regulations
Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide an excellent guest experience
Qualifications
Previous cooking or restaurant experience preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods
