Centrally located at 1725 West 12th ave. in Vancouver. This area has some great shopping on South Granville and west Broadway all within a couple of blocks walk. Buses to down town are only a 7 min. ride and 15 min. to UBC.
The Building offers laundry facilities, Storage lockers and some parking.
This unit is only suitable for one person because of how utilities are set up with regards to power, heat and hot water. Will not respond if you are more than one person for the apartment.
Looking for One Student or working person that is clean and quiet to fit in with the rest of the building.
Available for Nov 1st. Rent is 1750 / month plus utilities. One year lease. No pets and No smoking please.
