This is a room, however a lot of the year you will live alone in the apartment and have full access to all of the space.
I am looking for a kind, good person who has a lovely energy to share my home with. Vegetarians are very welcome.
I expect to be away a lot this coming year due to family in the UK.
I am hoping for someone with a similar life style to me, quiet at home, who rarely has visitors and is a mindful kind of person.
I am a Creative Arts and Healing Arts practitioner and Guide. A Grandma who really enjoys lots of visits to my Grandchildren in the UK.
The rent is $1050 when I am not there and less when I am.

Damage Deposit: half a month’s rent.

I will be leaving early December for my next trip!
I will change some of the furniture in the room but I am not home to take new photo’s.
It will be pretty similar.
Laundry is one minute away, not in the building.
The neighbourhood: Many grocery stores nearby, cafe’s, restaurants.
Near Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood and Commercial Drive - which are popular spots for cafe culture, interesting specialty stores, some live music, small theatre and art shows.
We are a ten minute drive away.
We have a gym and pool a few minutes walk away, at the end of our street.
Many bus stops to all that is great about Vancouver are within 1-5 minute’s walk away.
Downtown can be reached in 25 minutes.
Buses to downtown and Commercial Drive come every 7 minutes.
There is also a regular bus to Mount Pleasant and West side Vancouver, where the beaches are and forest.
The neighbourhood itself is very culturally diverse, safe and enjoyable.
