We are looking for a motivated person with a strong work ethic to join our team! A successful applicant will have good communication skills, strong leadership qualities, reliable attendance and punctuality, and above all must work hard as part of a crew. Duties involve driving a medium duty truck, leading a crew, loading the truck, handling cleaning work, and managing work orders.

Duties:
- Communicating with the office and other crews clearly
- Handling navigation, preparing equipment, and managing job sites
- Packing and carrying miscellaneous junk items to load a truck (must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly)
- Completing required tasks for cleaning jobs (janitorial, basic cleaning, extreme cleaning)
- Managing your route for the day, planning timing around jobs, going to the dump, etc
- Reading work orders thoroughly and giving direction to co-workers for how to complete the work
Applicants Must:
- Be able to work an 8-hour day
- Show up to work on time every day (7:45am)
- Work well in a team environment
- Show strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Take direction well
- Have good cleaning skills or the willingness to learn
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Be willing to work in biohazard environments
- Have a valid driver's license
