We are a growing property maintenance and construction company situated in Vancouver looking for the right person to join our construction crew.
Employment: Full Time
Salary: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors
Benefits: Full benefits available after 90 day probationary period (including medical, dental, STD, LTD, life, AD&D)
Hours per week: 40
Start: Immediately or in near future (at your discretion)
Experience: Must have background in general construction trade
Carpentry background an asset
Duties: Finishing carpentry including baseboard, door casings, wainscoting
Millwork installation
Hanging doors
Painting
Drywall
Demolition
Personal attributes: Trustworthy
Honest
Respectful
Reliable
Accountable
Team player
Work independently
You will be required to make your own way to the site each day and provide steel toed boots and appropriate work clothing. Otherwise, all tools, equipment and safety items are provided by the company.
