Start as a Cleaning Technician with a clear path to Crew Lead. Build practical skills, confidence, independence, and friendships while working with a supportive team.
Mon–Fri, 7:45 to ~4:30. Saturdays during Peak Season (Oct17-Dec5). Start immediately (flexible).
Pay: $24+/hr depending on experience + tips/bonuses. Living Wage Certified.
You’ll learn ladders, pressure wash, windows, gutters, Christmas lights.
Must-haves: comfortable on ladders/heights, fit, customer-friendly and willing to learn.
Communication: conversational English required (read/speak/follow instructions). You’ll talk with customers daily.

This is physically demanding outdoor work. You’ll be on your feet, lifting equipment, working at heights, and maintaining a steady pace.
