6th floor, 1000 sq ft, 2 bed & 2 bath concrete (quiet) condo in the West End Downtown.

Completely renovated 4 years ago with engineered hardwood and tile throughout (no carpets).
Quiet street with beautiful big trees, 2 blocks from Robson St. (shopping, restaurants). Plenty of transit options.
~5-minute walk to St Paul’s Hospital, ~10-minute walk to Burrard Skytrain, and ~12-minute walk to Canada Line, ~14 mins to Stanley Park and/or the Seawall.

You:
Employed professional or mature student, quiet, a non-smoker that is considerate, respectful, kind, trustworthy, and tidy. Someone who is willing to work together to create a shared living space that works well for the both of us.

Me:
I’m the condo owner, a 53 yr old male who works Mon-Fri daytime outside the home. Lately I've been working out of my bedroom office 2 days a week. I’m quiet (reserved), very tidy, organized, considerate, and respectful. I’m an introvert that enjoys a calm and quiet living space and thoughtful conversation. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, play volleyball, cycle, and should really get to the gym more often than I do (no excuses really, it's right down stairs).

You will never (or rarely- lol) find dirty dishes sitting on the kitchen counter or in the sink. A "working clean" condo and kitchen is a must (doesn't have to be perfect). I do not want to have to clean up before I start cooking, nor would I want you to have to.

No couples please. I have co-habited with both male and female tenants, doesn't really matter to me...its more about mutual respect and a good overall fit.
