As a busy establishment, we’re looking to add a reliable, hardworking dishwasher to our team who is ready to keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Position Overview:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. You’ll be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, while ensuring that the kitchen environment remains organized and stocked with clean equipment. If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to contribute to the overall success of our restaurant, we’d love to have you on our team.
The position is part-time, 3 days per week. The candidate will have to be available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; and be willing to work up until 1am.
Key Responsibilities:
-Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.
-Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
-Ensure that all dishes are sanitized and ready for use in a timely manner.
-Assist with kitchen prep and stocking as needed.
-Keep track of supplies and notify management of any shortages.
-Assist with garbage and recycling duties.
-Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
-No experience required, but previous dishwashing experience in a restaurant is a plus.
-Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
-Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50lbs).
-Team player with a positive attitude.
-Flexible and reliable—able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
