Now Hiring: On-Call Concierge Concierge at Vancouver Location
We are currently seeking experienced and professional On-Call Concierge Staff for our Vancouver location.
Requirements:
* * Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
* Monitor building access and assist with inquiries.
* Receive and direct deliveries and visitors as required.
* Maintain accurate records and incident reports.
* Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
* Must be available and ready to receive calls for shifts from Monday to Sunday.
* Must be available to work the following shifts:
* 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* 4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight
* Previous concierge or customer service experience is required.
* Must be honest, reliable, hardworking, and professional.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and respond promptly to scheduling requests.
