I'm a local professional Housekeeper to the Vancouver community. I moved over here to Kerrisdale from Ontario in July of 2020 and began establishing my home cleaning business right next door. As a professional Housekeeper I provide a unique adaptability to your personal needs and I provide detailed and deep cleanings that result in maximum freshness and shine. I also provide deep cleaning services as one-time cleanings. As a housekeeping specialist however, I endeavor to build a trusted relationship with you to maintain the peacefulness and beauty of your environment in an on-going basis, either weekly or bi-weekly.
While regularly maintaining your home I provide a rounded variety of cleaning services besides the usual sanitizing and dusting. These specialties include but are not limited to: wiping down of all kitchen appliances, cabinetry, and counter kicknacks, dishwasher emptied and dishes put away, complete thorough bathroom cleaning, changing of bedding and towels, folding and putting away clothes, tidying and organizing spaces, plant care, feeding/cleaning up after pets, disposal of rubbish, nooks and crannies not skipped. And I receive packages while you're out😊
Cleaning of linens IS INCLUDED in my rate. Personal laundry can also be washed for you, at YOUR REQUEST for added cost.
I offer Maintenance Cleans weekly or bi-weekly.
Homes 1400 to 2200sqft $190+Gst.
Homes 2300sqft to 3500 $245+Gst.

INITIAL DEEP CLEANING
For our INITIAL DEEP CLEANING, I charge a flat rate that is based on the measure of labour involved.
Initial cleanings are deeper, detailed, longer cleanings which include the inside of the refrigerator and the oven. I move the furniture around during a deep clean to provide maximal room freshening. Baseboards and lower walls, as well as spots and scuffs are also cleaned thoroughly.
Prices vary based on square footage and intensity of the work starting from $550.
