Looking for a roommate for a large, unfurnished bedroom in a bright, spacious top-floor apartment. ALL utilities + Wi-Fi are included in the rent!
Available October 1st — flexible on move-in date!
The apartment has a huge furnished living room and separate dining area, with plenty of shared space to hang out. There’s also room in the bedroom for your own furniture. The current bookshelf will be removed before move-in. The air conditioner will also be removed for the winter and brought back for the summer.
There’s a large storage locker on the lower level dedicated to our apartment, plus plenty of closet and storage space throughout the unit.
