Due to continued growth and increased demand for our intrusion alarm and CCTV services, we are looking for an experienced Alarm Technician to join our team to service Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic security systems, including:
Intrusion and burglar alarm systems
CCTV and video surveillance systems
Access control systems
Telephone entry systems
Low-voltage wiring and raceway installations
System troubleshooting and repairs
Customer service and technical support
Completing service reports and project documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
2+ years of experience with intrusion alarm systems
TQ certification is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical theory
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Clean driver's abstract
Ability to pass a security background check
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, professional attitude
Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience With These Systems Is an Asset
Intrusion Alarm: DSC, Honeywell, and other major manufacturers
Access Control: CDVI, Keyscan, Kantech
CCTV: Hikvision (HIK), Axis, and similar systems
Installation: Low-voltage wiring, raceways, and related equipment
