Found this while cleaning out an old military locker and it's not needed. It's a genuine US military issue MOLLE waterproof pack liner in coyote tan, NSN 8465-01-591-7521.
It has a waterproof zipper, a roll top with side release buckles, and a purge valve so you can squeeze the air out and compress your gear. It fits inside the MOLLE large rucksack to keep your sleeping bag, clothes, and gear dry. It also works great as a dry bag on its own for kayaking, boating, camping, or hunting in the rain.
