Found this Kreg Rip-Cut circular saw guide while cleaning out the garage and I don't need it. Nothing wrong with it, and the owner's manual is included.
It clamps onto most circular saws and rides along the edge of your sheet so you can rip plywood and MDF from 1/8" up to 24" wide with no measuring, marking, or chalk lines. It has a solid aluminum rail with an easy to read scale, and it works with left or right blade saws. Perfect for breaking down full sheets when you don't have a table saw.
