This is a well-built, solid doghouse that's approximately 8 years old and has held up really well over the years.
Dimensions:
📏 Length: 10'2"
📏 Width: 5'2"
📏 Height: 6'1"
It does have wear and tear, mainly along the bottom and a little on the sides, but it's nothing that a few replacement boards couldn't fix. It could also use a fresh coat of paint if you want to spruce it up.
The roof is shingled, making it a sturdy, weather-resistant doghouse that's built to last.
