Employment: Part-time initially, with opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and willingness to learn and train.
On-site position, initially based in one office, with a planned transition to our main facility.
About the Company
We are a marketing company servicing clients in the following industries: consulting, packaging and fulfillment, and accounting firms. We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can help execute projects, keep campaigns organized, and turn ideas into completed work.
About the Role
This is a marketing-first position, not a general office assistant role. The Marketing Associate will support ongoing digital and traditional marketing activities, work with our team and outside partners, and take responsibility for assigned projects from planning through completion. Some defined office administrative tasks will be included, but marketing is the primary focus.
Marketing Responsibilities - Primary Focus
• Coordinate marketing projects, maintain task lists and deadlines, and provide clear progress updates.
• Prepare and schedule social media content, newsletters, and marketing communications, following an approved content calendar.
• Make routine website content updates and coordinate technical changes with the website team.
• Support email marketing campaigns, contact lists, and basic reporting on engagement or campaign results.
• Organize digital assets, marketing files, graphics, and approved brand materials.
• Proofread marketing content, check links and formatting, and complete quality-control reviews before publication.
• Assist with campaign implementation, customer communications, and coordination of print or digital marketing materials.
Office and Administrative Support - Secondary
• Help maintain shared folders, documents, project records, and organized office workflows.
• Support for assigned projects.
• Help document repeatable procedures and coordinate handoffs so work does not depend on one person.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on marketing experience preferred; applicants should be able to show work they personally created or managed.
• Experience using social media business tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems; familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong written English, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, follow processes, ask questions, and work independently once trained.
• Comfortable working in an on-site team environment and communicating professionally with colleagues and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
What Success Looks Like
Marketing tasks are delivered accurately and on time; files and campaigns remain organized; communications are professional; and management receives timely updates without needing to repeatedly request status reports.
