Position: Front Counter Server / Barista
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + tips
Schedule: Full-time preferred, part-time also available
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Take and process counter-service orders accurately
• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks
• Run food orders to guests
• Bus tables and keep the dining area clean
• Stock supplies and help maintain an organized workspace
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure excellent service
Qualifications:
• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, dependable, and hardworking
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous café, restaurant, or barista experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
