Looking for farm land (Utica, Cochranton, franklin)

We are a family of 4 looking to expand our small family homestead to a bigger operation. We are looking for an opportunity to lease or buy land near us that we can farm. We are open to something with a home that we can fix, or just land. We are primarily interested in pig farming, but are open to cattle if the land is fit for it. Fully wooded land is fine, but also interested in feilds. We dont have cash on hand, but can get financed. Also open to bartering of some kind. We are just looking for the opportunity to try, the market it too fast for us. Mainly looking for something in venango and crawford county. If you have an over grown feild, woods you dont use, or a run down property with a house, we would love to talk to you. Thanks for reading
