Negotiable. Selling my 2017 Surveyor 295QBLE - bunkhouse model. It has a queen bedroom up front and a four-bunk setup in the back. Bigger living space than the pictures capture. The couch converts as a pullout and the table area can convert as well (I've never used it for that however). Roller style leveling blocks, outside shower in rear, extra hoses with splitter and nozzle, sewer line extensions, surge protector, water filter, two batteries, new electric jack last season, two propane tanks, hitch/sway bars, etc. Plenty of storage under beds and under seating area. Hate to sell but kids are older now, and we just don't use it enough. My loss is your gain. I just took a trip down to the Sun Outdoors campground in Cape Charles VA two weeks ago. New tires last season, new skylight last season - just serviced again this season in June. I have it serviced at 84 RV in Sussex County NJ each year (all appliances checked, roof seals, lube chassis, etc.). ROKU TV in the front bedroom and another in the main area. Great for families with kids, although adults can fit in the bunks (I've slept in them at 6'1"). I keep it on a military base for storage (I cover it in the off season) and can move it to my friend's property in Upper Black Eddy to show it easier.
