GORGEOUS 60-66 pound MARBLE CREAM NEUTERED MALES I FLEW TO DENVER AND INDIANA TOO TO OBTAIN BUT THEY SHED HUGE CHUNKS CONSTANTLY ....SO NOT FOR ANYONE NOT A CANINE LOVER OR BOTHERED BY HUGE GIANT CHUNKS OF CHOW FUR ON THE FLOOR. YOU ARE WELCOME TO AUGMENT MY REMOVAL EFFORTS. CHOWS HAVE NEVER BEEN IN ROOMER AREAS.
The Park/Home: the valleys only QUALITY park- no "trailers" allowed, large indoor pool and hot tub resurfaced 2 years ago, community room. Park road just resurfaced. Space rent here is NOT $3-4-5-600!!! ......and increases in January. Immaculate home exteriors and clean presentable vehicles required. 10 mph and one-way driving rule strictly enforced. Park road is ideal for exercise walking. This is a senior park but you can be any age.
1453sf Marlette with $23K upgrades since 2007, $5000 last 2 years. Custom interior paint store calls "Pinky Beige" but WAY nicer than it sounds, cellular blinds two shades darker, dark brown vinyl laminate in main area, every appliance less than 15 years; stove less than 2 years and brand new glass top (necessitated by exiting roomer) awaiting someone to install gratis.
THE BUNKSPACE: teeny tiny extension off main area is WAY to tiny to be called a small BDR. Width matches length of x-long twin bed supplied which is one of 2 options. Zero walking space. But ceiling is high at one end and area is well appointed, actually "bunk space plus" in both furnishing and visual appearance. Giant arch does not have a door but use provided curtain or whatever you wish and provide a barrier if you wish. (I just paid $200 for one but its been moved to hall so chows can't corral the other roomer or his guest going to bathroom when they are with me in main area.) AMAZING SPACE FOR THE PRICE!!!
INCLUDED: choice of rare Serta** x-long true innerspring or twin BR800 barely used; linens included. ** No way to replace under $1000-$2000, not foam or hybrid.....spent over 30 hours trying to find again for myself in queen, true innersprings this quality now very high end and not available other than custom ordered. Raised frame for decent under-bed storage and easy lay-down height for person of any height.

Located right inside front door with digital security lock and across from tiny but elegant fully upgraded full bathroom shared with one roomer. High recent skylight and brand new exhaust/paint/flooring/raised toilet. Still boxed Costco dual showerhead (one hand held,) needs someone to install. Hopefully you or your person but not required.
TERMS: No landlord-tenant relationship. Rights and duties determined by custom contract. One person situation. $325 monthly commitment with $300 move-in fee reduced to $50 if paying at least 2 months in advance. Space rent increase causes monthy fee to be $365 in January.
