Schedule: Day shift, 4 on/4 off rotation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.50-$28.50 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Move and spot trailers within a designated customer site
- Assist with yard organization and vehicle movement to optimize workflow
- Keep accurate records of trailer movements, load status, and yard activity logs to support operational transparency.
- Conduct visual inspections of trailers and perform daily vehicle checks
- Work jointly with our customers and IEDS’ dispatching services
Minimum Qualifications
- Required 2 years’ experience operating commercial vehicles
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record and valid medical card, or equivalent
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the previous 3 years
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to commercial driving and yard operation
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance
- Experience in truck driving, commercial driving, or delivery driver roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering within the yard
- Good communication skills for coordination with team members and dispatchers
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and reasoning skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
