25-year-old union construction laborer out of the Metro Detroit area looking for steady construction/labor work in between union layoffs.
I’m currently a union laborer/apprentice and I’m not looking to leave the union — just looking to stay working and keep money coming in when my contractor doesn’t have work for me.
I have experience with:
* Concrete restoration and concrete work
* Demolition and jackhammering
* General construction labor
* Solar/site work
* Landscaping and outdoor labor
* Material handling, cleanup, setup and tear-down
* Long days and physically demanding work
* Hand and power tools
I’ve spent years doing physical outdoor work and I’m not afraid to get dirty, work long hours, or learn something new. I show up ready to work and would rather stay busy than sit around waiting on another dispatch.
Looking for something steady, preferably construction, concrete, demolition, landscaping, excavation/site work, or similar labor. Open to contractors, small crews, property owners, or companies that need another dependable set of hands.
Located in Sterling Heights and willing to travel around Metro Detroit for the right work.
