Maid in Hoboken is looking for a dependable, responsible, bilingual Driver / Field Support team member to join our fast-paced residential cleaning operation.
Our cleaning teams report to our Union City office each morning. Our drivers use company-provided vehicles to transport cleaners throughout the day, dropping them off at customer homes, coordinating pickups, and helping keep our daily schedule running smoothly.
This is an important role in our operation. We need someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable navigating throughout the area, and able to work well with a team.
Responsibilities
Transport cleaning professionals to and from customer homes throughout the workday
Safely operate a company-provided vehicle
Navigate efficiently between jobs using an iPad and mapping/navigation applications
Coordinate drop-offs and pickups with our office and cleaning teams
Help keep the daily schedule running on time
Communicate clearly with cleaners, office staff, and management
Keep the company vehicle clean and organized
Assist with basic field-related tasks when needed
Remain calm and flexible when schedules or routes change during the day
Requirements
Valid and clean New Jersey driver's license
Safe and responsible driving record
Bilingual
Comfortable using an iPad, GPS, navigation apps, and basic technology
Dependable and punctual
Strong sense of responsibility
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Team-player attitude
Familiarity with Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, and the surrounding area is a plus
Schedule
Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some overtime may be available or required depending on the day's schedule. Occasional Saturday work may also be needed.
