We are looking for a responsible, clean, and community-minded tenant for our beautiful hard-sided and insulated round house this winter (November 3rd - May 3rd). We completed the house last winter and live in it half the year and rent it out from November-May while we are out west. It is a lovely, 600-square-foot home set in a 3-acre field and orchard (on a larger 40-acre property), surrounded by acres of woods. It is located on a quiet road in Appleton.
Its layout is one large open space, with a small utility room, lofted bedroom, an enclosed second tiny downstairs bedroom/office/storage room, and a small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. It is furnished (couch, ottoman, side table, lamps, table & chairs, shelving) and has new appliances including a mini-split heat pump, washer/dryer, fridge, and induction range.
The home gets tons of natural light and warmth from its southern exposure as well as its skylight and star-gazing dome. There is an abundance of outside space to walk and cross-country ski on, and a wood-fired hot tub for your enjoyment!
Rent is $1100/month, utilities included (except internet - tenant will need to provide and use hot spot)
First, last, and security deposit ($550) due at signing
Lease runs from November 3rd - May 3rd (can discuss if a few days on either end are needed)
