Moving / Reconstruction
The unit will require some preparation and deconstruction in order to be transported and relocated. The bathroom plumbing will need to be disconnected and the bathroom and bedroom walls removed as part of the process.
I will assist with the complete deconstruction and preparation of the unit so that it can be made mobile and transported to its new location.
Once relocated, the interior walls will need to be reconstructed according to the new owner’s preferred layout and intended use. This gives the new owner the opportunity to configure the space however they want.
Potential uses could include a shop, office, accommodation, commercial space, workshop, or other custom building application, subject to the requirements and approvals of the applicable jurisdiction and is being sold as is where is.
